Solano Public Market

Talked my self out of going to the flea market this weekend. A friend called and asked if I wanted to go, how can I turn down shopping with a friend? Thinking I wouldn't find anything, as there is nothing I'm looking for I didn't bring my cart. If I bring my push cart, I never find anything, if I don't bring it, like today, I find a tone of stuff.

Two bird houses, I normally don't post prices but there was no haggling alls he wanted was $1 per house, how can I say no for $1?

Looking at it this sale didn't excite me much. I have been wanting a koi pond for a while but right now isn't the right time. Being it was a J and C sale I had to go, and like always the sales I'm not excited about seem to surprise me! Found a few items there I liked.

Went to around 5 other sales and there was some cool stuff most was over priced. One sale I did find some Billy Beer. I had a dear friend pass away in 2008 and his name was Billy and loved beer. I got 8 cans and gave out 6 to friends, I will probably keep the last 2

In a round about way I got this awesome skull from a friend in trade for items I got at estate sales. So I'm going to post it, I have plans for this guy hopefully I can update it soon with the finished product.

I was very excited looking forward to this sale. 5000sqft house on 100 acres with 5 out buildings, including a 20 horse barn, Victorian play house (with running water),  a double wide, log cabin, and a airplane hanger bigger then my house.

In the house I found, a framed blue butterfly.

All in all this was a great sale I ended up going back to 3 times in total.
